In 2020, when the pandemic shifted the way businesses operate and introduced the need for remote work environments, SmartWORKS rose to the occasion. We developed a new module within SmartWORKS within 6 weeks to support our clients in managing the sudden demand for homeworking deliveries. This module became essential in enabling GGMS to manage thousands of individual requests, stock planning, and scheduling homeworking deliveries for major clients –  efforts that continue today.

Without SmartWORKS, efficiently managing such high volumes of requests, maintaining control over delivery schedules, and ensuring accurate execution would have been a monumental challenge. Thanks to SmartWORKS, GGMS could provide a service that was not only controlled with absolute precision but also flexible enough to meet the urgent needs of our clients during an unprecedented time.
